Password/Account Issues:

  • JMU students, faculty, staff, affiliates, emeriti: 
    • Use your e-id (what comes before your @dukes.jmu.edu or @jmu.edu email address) and JMU password to login.
    • If you forget your JMU password, contact the JMU Help Desk at 540-568-3555 as UREC cannot assist with your password issues. Do not "sign up" for a new account. 

  • Community/Guest Users (for alumni/spouses/ dependent memberships, Camp UREC/KNO, & MOAT)
    • For new users who do not have a JMU account, please click "sign up." If necessary, please check your junk email folder for your account confirmation email, and allow at least 24 hours for this email to arrive. Do not sign up for a new account if you already have one.
    • Please Click Here if you have forgotten your username or password (this link works best on desktop/android browsers). If you continue to have trouble with your username or password, please email urec@jmu.edu with your name and phone number. 
    • For Youth Programs, ensure you add a "dependent" (the child you are registering). This can be done within your profile at the bottom of the page. If you are having issues with youth program registration, please email CampUREC@jmu.edu with your name, user name, and phone number.
    • For emailed questions, a UREC staff member will respond to you as quickly as possible, but please allow at least 2 business days.
