Program Details

Indoor Bootcamp is geared towards helping you feel and function better in every aspect of your physical life. Whether that's charging up Godwin stairs, feeling more energized than fatigued after walking to class, or being able to carry more grocery bags through the door.

This indoor training series will leave you thirsting for more! Join Jenna for body weight exercises and interval training combined for the ultimate workout.

FREE demo classes will be held from January 13th until January 24th, 2020. Class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00 PM in the Group Exercise Studio 1.
