Indoor Bootcamp: Small Group Training - $50.00

Indoor bootcamp is geared towards helping you feel and function better in every aspect of your physical life. Whether that's charging up Godwin stairs, feeling more energized than fatigued after walking to class, or being able to carry more grocery bags through the door. This SGT will help you develop purposeful conditioning techniques that allow your body to continuously adapt to new exercise types both indoors and outdoors.This indoor training series will leave you thirsting for more! Join Shannon for body weight exercises and interval training combined for the ultimate workout.

FREE demo classes will be held the week of October 21st until October 24th, 2019. This small group training sesson will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:45-7:45 pm beginning October 29th and ending December 12th, 2019 in the Personal Training located in the UREC Wellness Center.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class
