Body Weight Strength: Small Group Training - $50.00

Not into using weights? Want to master your body? This 6 week small group training will challenge your whole body using only your body weight & simple equipment. Movements like planks, pushups, and pull ups will be utilized in conjunction with other fun movements. Join Personal trainer Martin Locsin for an enjoyable & innovative exploration in body weight workouts!

FREE demo classes will be held 1/07-1/16. Class meets on Monday and Wednesday 6:45-7:45 PM in the Personal Training Room located in the UREC Wellness Center.
