TRX Training uses the suspension of two straps to challenge the entire body in every plane of motion. Join us in a group setting for a strengthening workout where YOU control the level of intensity. For all fitness levels. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class. All classes are available for registration 48 hours in advance!
