Program Details

Are you looking to add weight training into your routine but not sure where to start? Or do you need something to spice up your current routine? This 6 week small group training session meets twice a week and will put you through strength training workouts to target all of your major muscle groups for a total body experience.

Join Shannon, one of our personal trainers, and receive individualized attention at a low cost.

FREE demo classes will be held from January 13th until January 24th and the Small Group Training session meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:45-7:45 pm beginning January 27th and ending March 6th, 2020 in the Personal Training Room located in the UREC Wellness Center.

All program fees are non-refundable.
