Ladies, are you tired of the elliptical? Are you looking to add weight training into your routine but not sure where to start? Or do you need something to spice up your current routine? This 6 week small group training session meets twice a week and will put you through strength training workouts to target all of your major muscle groups for a total body experience. Join instructor Morgan for an educational and fulfilling workout program about weight training.
This class meets Monday and Wednesdays 5:30p-6:30p in the Personal Training Room located in the UREC Wellness Center. FREE demo classes will begin (1/7) and end (1/16).
