Designed for those seeking a more advanced format of the power yoga class currently offered. Power Yoga 2 will offer more complex sequences, poses, and flows. You are guaranteed to sweat in this faster-paced style of yoga that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized both mentally and physically. Expect challenging vinyasa flow and advanced poses.
Intended for those with an intermediate fitness level. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class.
