Program Details

Work your entire body using resistance from free weights, exercise bands, bars, and your own bodyweight! This class is designed to tone your body as well as improve muscular strength and endurance. No choreography. All fitness levels welcome. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class. All classes are available for registration 48 hours in advance!
