Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee! Want to spark your fitness routine through boxing? Boxing Conditioning is a 6 week small group training that will meet twice a week and is guaranteed to kick your butt into shape through a high intensity boxing conditioning workout.
Taught by our Boxing specialist & group exercise instructor Ryan Motta!

FREE demo classes will be held (3/12)- (3/21). Class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:45-7:45pm in Group Exercise Studio 1.
