This class offers a different spin to mind/body classes each week. It may be a themed yoga class, pilates, yogalates, or meditation. Watch out for the week’s theme on Twitter @jmurecgroupex. All fitness levels welcome.

Mind/Body Happy Hour:

Description: Partner Acro Yoga with Kristen and Laura- It can be hard to find balance... we all need a little help from a friend! So bring a friend to flow through two-person asanas. We will be introducing acro yoga, where you can be a graceful flyer or a strong and stable base! No experience necessary.

Class Location: MB1
