Not into using weights? Want to master your body? This 6 week small group training will challenge your whole body using only your body weight & simple equipment. Movements like planks, pushups, and pull ups will be utilized in conjunction with other fun movements. Join Martin for an enjoyable & innovative exploration in body weight workouts!

This class will meet on Monday and Wednesdays from 6:45p to 7:45p in the Personal Training Room located in the UREC Wellness Suite. FREE demo classes will begin (1/7) and end (1/16)
