Program Details

Join us for a fast-paced workout that combines three different formats in one hour! Two different 20-minute cardio segments followed by a 20-minute strength segment. Expect medium choreography and lots of variety! All fitness levels welcome.

Group Exercise Studio 1 (0372) and Group Cycle Studio (0374)

Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30 PM
Wednesdays 12:15 - 1:15 PM
