FREE demo classes will be held (03/12)-(03/21). Class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdaysdays 5:45-6:45PM in the Personal Training Room located in the UREC Wellness Center.
There will also be a second session offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:45-7:45p in the Personal Training Room.
