Women on Weights: Small Group Training - $50.00

Are you looking to add weight training into your routine but not sure where to start? Or do you need something to spice up your current routine? This 6 week small group training session meets twice a week and will put you through strength training workouts to target all of your major muscle groups for a total body experience.

Join Kendall Clark, one of our veteran personal trainers, and receive individualized attention at a low cost.

FREE demo classes will be held the week of October 21st until October 24th, 2019 and the Small Group Training session meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:30 pm beginning October 29th and ending December 12th, 2019 in the Personal Training Room located in the UREC Wellness Center.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class
