Is your child ready for something new this summer? Give them the chance to try new things, spend a lot of time outdoors, make new friends, and work on overcoming challenges!

Weather permitting, Adventure Day Camp includes four off-campus trips each week such as outdoor rock climbing, a swimming hole hike, canoeing/kayaking on the Shenandoah River, geo-caching, and a trip to Sherando Lake or Brandywine Recreation Area. Sessions I/III will feature a different schedule from Sessions II/IV. Campers are welcome to sign up for one week, two weeks, three weeks, or all four weeks!

Camp Counselors are trained JMU student employees. Lead Adventure Day Camp Counselors hold a Wilderness First Aid Certification. Camp is open to both JMU and non-JMU families.
