This demo class is a preview of the small group training session that combines principles from HIIT, bootcamp and body sculpt for a total body workout like no other. This small group training session will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-7:30 pm beginning September 10 and ending October 17, 2019 in the following spaces:
Tuesdays, 8/27/19 & 9/3/19: 6:30-7:30pm in the Personal Training Room (233) located in the UREC Wellness Center
Thursdays, 8/29/19 & 9/5/19: 6:30-7:30 pm in Group Exercise Studio 1 (372)
