Glute Gainz: Small Group Training - $50.00

Having no issues growing your upper body, but struggling with your lower-body? Or do you simply want to learn more glute workouts? We have the perfect program for you. This 6-week small group training meets twice a week and will teach you how to maximize your glute gainz! Join instructor Rachel as she teaches you movements like squats, glute bridges, & many more movements to strengthen & grow your glutes.

FREE demo classes will be held (10/23) - (11/1). Class meets Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:45-7:45pm in the Personal Training Room located in the UREC Wellness Center.
